**1. General Policy Due to Product Nature**
Please be advised that due to the highly specialized, sensitive, and often hazardous nature of raw materials, essential oils, and aroma chemicals, our return policy is extremely strict for safety, quality, and hygiene reasons. **All sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped.**

We strongly encourage our clients to request samples before placing bulk orders to ensure the materials meet their specific requirements.

**2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)**
Returns and refunds are only considered under the following specific circumstances and must be pre-authorized by our customer service team:

*   **Incorrect Product Shipped:** If you received a product that is different from what was ordered.
*   **Damaged or Leaking Containers:** If products arrive with damaged, broken, or leaking packaging that compromises the integrity of the material.
*   **Gross Specification Mismatch:** If the product received materially fails to match the technical specifications or Certificate of Analysis (CoA) provided for that specific batch.

**3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items**
Under no circumstances can we accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

*   **Opened, Used, or Partially Used Products:** Once a container seal is broken or the product is used, it cannot be resold for safety and quality assurance reasons.
*   **Custom Blends or Bespoke Formulations:** Any product specially manufactured, mixed, or diluted to customer specifications.
*   **Hazardous, Flammable, or Perishable Materials:** These are regulated materials that cannot be reshipped once they leave our facility.
*   **Sample Quantities.**
*   **Products purchased more than 14 calendar days ago.**

**4. Return Process & Requirements**
If your situation qualifies under Section 2, you must:

1.  **Contact Us Immediately:** Notify our customer service team at **[insert email address]** within **48 hours** of receipt of the order. Please provide your order number, product name, batch number, and detailed reason for the return request along with photographic evidence.
2.  **Obain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:** Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by our team.
3.  **Shipment:** If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. The returned goods are subject to inspection and testing upon arrival at our facility.

**5. Refund Process**
Upon receipt and verification of the qualified returned product:

*   Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
*   **Please note:** Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered our warehouse for picking and packing, it cannot be cancelled.
